Job Description

Role Overview: As an Engineer with a focus on IT Operations Management and Financial Management, you will be responsible for understanding and developing new business cases, client needs, and organizational structures to provide effective solutions. You will also be expected to demonstrate delivery methodologies to prospective clients, work on costing and pricing for new business cases, and identify challenges in existing delivery to define new business offering areas. Additionally, you will play a key role in defining new delivery methodologies and identifying the skills and capabilities required for new managers. Key Responsibilities: - Possess knowledge on server hardware from multiple vendors, remote management tools, software and hardware raid, as well as clear network fundamentals and topology. - Understand and develop new business cases and client needs. - Demonstrate delivery methodologies to prospective clients. - Work on costing and pricing for new business cases. - Identify challenges in existing delivery and define new business offering areas. - Define new delivery methodologies. - Identify and define skills and capabilities required for new managers. Qualifications Required: - B.E / B.Tech / MCA degree in Engineering. - IT Service Management Certifications, specifically an ITIL Intermediate Certificate. - Experience in IT Operations Management and Financial Management. - Advanced managerial skills with a focus on behavioral and aptitude. - Experience in execution excellence and business relationship management.
