What You’ll Do At Elekta As a Project Manager at Elekta, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers during the planning and implementation of Elekta’s medical technology solutions. You will manage the full lifecycle of implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and with high customer satisfaction. You will lead cross-functional coordination across internal teams and clients, translating customer orders into smooth, effective implementations. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role ideal for someone with strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, preferably within the medical equipment industry. Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end project delivery of Elekta solutions from planning to final handover. Act as the main liaison with customers, managing communication, expectations, and satisfaction. Drive project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation in alignment with revenue targets. Support forecasting accuracy through backlog conversion and collaboration with the Sales team. Ensure consistent documentation standards (e.g., Risk Register, Final Handover Sign-off). Oversee site readiness (civil, electrical, and HVAC requirements) and coordinate with relevant teams. Monitor customer feedback and manage resolution of issues raised in Customer Satisfaction Surveys. Maintain accurate project records, status reports, and customer communications. Analyse revenue models and proactively drive project timelines to support fiscal goals. Ensure alignment with PSA tools and internal processes for forecast and schedule visibility. What You Bring Proven experience managing projects in the medical equipment or healthcare technology industry. Prior experience with Elekta products is a strong advantage. Bachelor's degree required; PMP certification preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail. Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, MS Project); experience with Promforce is a plus. Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings; basic AutoCAD knowledge is preferred. Familiarity with radiation protection regulations and clinical site infrastructure requirements.
