Service Engineer
based in Gurgaon to join our team—an individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about making a difference in the healthcare space.
What You’ll Do At Elekta
The successful candidate will liaison and customer servicing in area support representative for the local region for Service support. Provide phone and email support, technical advice & ECSC support as appropriate to customers and independently perform basic & complex troubleshooting and repairs on the designated modality with success rate of diagnosing the problem within given area while working within the escalation procedure.The key responsibilities are but not limited to:
Site Ownership:Spare part management recording/distribution to manager T2.E-waste disposalSite Temperature & humidity data recording/distribution to customer, manager, T2, Uptime sheet to customer.Ownership of the tools inventory and timely calibrations of 100% tools (Calibration certificates to be maintained)OIS Connectivity >50%, Linac Connectivity> 95%, Overall Live >90%,Proper Housekeeping in the machine roomUpdate CLM database with correct customer contact detailsService deliveryService Document (FSR, PM Checklists signed by the customers, FCO Closures within compliance end date). Use of service-max application for FSR customer signatures on the mobile deviceCLM case management: updating case comments on regular basis along with changing the case status.Real Time work-order closures <1 day
Productivity & ResilienceUpdate customer before Case Closure.Maintain Health & Safety Guidelines/RegulationsAdhere to official personal grooming rules.Completion of assigned E-learning Courses
What You Bring
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
- Diploma /bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferably in Electronics /Bio medical or associated discipline.
- Graduate /degree engineer with 2-3 years relevant experience
- Diploma engineer with 5-7 years of relevant experience
