Service Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Service Engineer responsible for installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV, fire alarm, access control, networking, and automation systems.
The role includes both on-site and remote technical support to ensure smooth system operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and test CCTV, fire alarm, PA, biometric, UPS, and networking systems
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to reduce downtime
• Diagnose and replace defective components to restore systems promptly
• Coordinate with project/sales teams for system handover
• Maintain detailed service reports, logs, and records
• Provide technical training and support to clients
• Ensure timely closure of service requests as per SLAs
• Assist in testing, demos, and quality inspections
• Follow company safety and documentation standards

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech / ITI in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field

Experience:
1–2 years in electronic system servicing (Freshers with strong technical aptitude may also apply)

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in CCTV, fire alarm, access control, and PA systems
• Knowledge of IP-based devices, NVR/DVR configuration, and networking
• Ability to interpret wiring diagrams and technical drawings
• Basic understanding of computer hardware and OS

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Effective communication and client-handling ability
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours

Performance Metrics:

• Timely completion of service calls
• High customer satisfaction ratings
• System uptime with minimal repeat issues
• Accurate and complete service documentation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
