Proficiency in hardware RAID setup and disk partitioning on RAID. Familiarity with firmware updates for Intel, HP, Dell, Lenovo servers, SSDs, and NVMe drives. Skilled in fault finding and part replacement such as motherboard, SMPS, NIC cards, and RAID cards. Hands-on experience in server assembly and hardware replacements. Knowledge of server hardware and desktop support. Proficient in Windows and Linux server installations. Capable of systems and software troubleshooting. Strong understanding of IPv4 public IPs, private IPs, and subnetting. Expertise in Linux static IP assignment and package installations. Ability to manage services in Linux including starting, stopping, and reloading. Familiarity with SSH, Putty, and RDP tools.,
