Nurture a dynamic and agile team, build internal processes, develop strong
relationships with stakeholders based on the foundation of mutual respect, transparency
and growth, to scale up the project pipeline of diversified renewable energy projects to 1 GW
by end of 2027.
▪ B.E. / B.Tech. in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil Engineering.
▪ Understanding of solar PV systems, BoS components, and
grid interconnection.
▪ Familiarity with project management tools.
▪ Working knowledge of quality standards, testing protocols,
and safety regulations.
▪ Strong project management and coordination skills.
▪ Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and contractors.
▪ High level of integrity, ownership, and result orientation.
▪ Experience in MW-scale ground-mounted solar projects (>10
MW).
The Candidate will be responsible for managing the execution of utility-scale solar PV
projects from pre-construction through commissioning. The role involves coordination with
internal engineering, procurement, and O&M teams, as well as external contractors and
vendors, to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects within budget.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in site management, project
coordination, contractor supervision, and stakeholder communication in the renewable
energy sector.
1. Project Execution & Site Management
- Plan, monitor, and control project execution to ensure completion as per approved
schedule, cost, and quality.
- Coordinate with EPC / contractors for civil, mechanical, and electrical works.
- Ensure adherence to engineering drawings, design specifications, and construction
standards.
- Monitor progress against project milestones and flag delays or risks proactively.
2. Coordination & Communication
- Act as the single point of contact between corporate project management, site
teams, EPCs, and consultants.
- Facilitate coordination between engineering, procurement, and logistics for timely
material availability.
- Prepare and present regular project progress reports, schedules, and MIS to
management.
3. Quality, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with company quality management systems, EHS standards, and
statutory requirements.
- Review contractor QA/QC documentation and test results.
- Promote a strong safety culture at site and ensure strict adherence to safety
protocols.
4. Commissioning & Handover
- Support pre-commissioning and commissioning activities for electrical and
mechanical systems.
- Coordinate with Lenders’ Engineers, DISCOMs, and other statutory authorities for
project approvals.
- Prepare as-built documentation, punch lists, and handover packages for O&M teams.
