Job Description

Manager / Senior Manager Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies for
CGD / Oil & Gas products and services.
Drive
customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
across industrial, commercial, and domestic segments.
Conduct
market research
, competitor analysis, and demand forecasting.
Manage
brand positioning, campaigns, and promotional activities.
Coordinate with sales, operations, and regulatory teams to align marketing initiatives.
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships within the CGD ecosystem.
Monitor marketing budgets, ROI, and campaign performance.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Prepare MIS reports and presentations for senior management.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Must Have:

10 - 15 years of experience in
Marketing within Oil & Gas / CGD sector.
Strong understanding of
City Gas Distribution business, market dynamics, and regulations.
Proven experience in
B2B and B2C marketing.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have:

Exposure to
pipeline-based gas marketing, PNG/CNG segments.
Experience in handling
government, PSU, or large enterprise clients.
Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
