Prepared Project Plan for all upcoming new Manufacturing line Semiconductors and other which are going to be shifted from U.K to India Maintain Proper 5S during the expansion Smoothly transfer of Machines as per new layout without stoppage of Production line. Ensuring adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical sourcing practices. Working closely with different departments like operations, production, and finance to understand their needs and align procurement activities accordingly. Qualifications, Experience & Skills A minimum 2-3 years’ experience within expansion Project Plan, Expansion plan Experience in working in a manufacturing environment, especially electrical circuit protection would be a major advantage. Experience in working in low voltage and medium voltage components. Education: Ideal candidate will have an engineering qualification preferably a Diploma in relevant discipline. Strong negotiation skills: Expertise in negotiating contracts and pricing with suppliers to achieve favourable terms. Excellent interpersonal and business communication skills. High level of initiative with the ability to self-motivate. Works well independently and in team settings Good written and spoken English Exceptional organisational and time management skills Experience in collaborating with global cross-cultural teams.
