Branch Sales Manager
Responsibilities :- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve branch sales targets.- Manage and oversee daily branch operations, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company policies.- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance and achieve individual and team goals.- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase revenue.- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.- Monitor and analyze branch sales performance, preparing reports and providing insights to senior management.- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and resolve escalated issues.- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal guidelines, and industry regulations at the branch level.- Manage the branch's budget, including controlling expenses and optimizing resource allocation.
