Manager - Sales/Business Development

Role Overview: As a member of the team at Kristal.AI, you will play a crucial role in managing channel partners and institutional relationships to promote offshore investment ideas through the platform. You will be responsible for addressing client queries, designing business development strategies, and providing end-to-end solutions to partners. Your performance will be assessed based on key result areas such as gross sales, net revenue, and client acquisitions. Key Responsibilities: - Empaneling and managing channel partners including Mutual Fund Distributors, Boutique Wealth Management Firms, and Ex Private Bankers turned entrepreneurs. - Engaging and scaling relationships with wealth managers from assigned Key Institutional Partnerships. - Promoting a diverse range of offshore investment opportunities through the Kristal A.I Platform. - Addressing channel partner and client queries regarding existing portfolios and creating customized portfolios to meet their needs. - Designing, implementing, and monitoring business development strategies to onboard new channel partners and track their progress regularly. - Providing comprehensive solutions to family office, institutional, and partner clients to enhance assets under management (AUM). - Organizing regular meetings with channel partners and collaborating with product and business lines to achieve set business objectives. - Establishing Kristal.AI as a leading brand for offshore and international investing. Qualifications Required: - A graduate degree in Commerce or Finance is mandatory, while a post-graduation degree is preferred. - Profound understanding of capital markets and financial products/solutions. - Demonstrated experience in institutional or channel sales within the last 2-3 years, specifically in Mumbai. - Strong acumen in business development and sales strategies.,
