Manager - Sales/Business Development

As a member of the team at Kristal.AI, you will play a crucial role in managing channel partners, engaging with wealth managers, promoting offshore investment ideas, addressing client queries, and implementing business development strategies. Your responsibilities will include: - Empanelling & Managing Channel Partners such as Mutual Fund Distributors, Boutique Wealth Management Firms, and Ex Private Bankers who have started their own practice. - Engaging and scaling relationships with wealth managers from assigned Key Institutional Partnerships. - Promoting a wide range of offshore investment ideas through the Kristal A.I Platform. - Addressing channel partner and client queries on existing portfolio investments and creating portfolios tailored to their requirements. - Designing, implementing, and monitoring business development strategies to appoint new channel partners and reviewing their progress regularly. - Providing end-to-end solutions to family office, institutional, and partner clients to build and retain Assets Under Management (AUM) on the platform. - Organizing regular channel partner meets and collaborating with product and business lines to achieve assigned business objectives. - Establishing Kristal.AI as a strong household brand for offshore and international investing. - Performance assessment Key Result Areas (KRAs) may include gross sales, net sales, newly funded clients, net revenue, etc. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills: - A Commerce or Finance Graduate degree is a must, with Post-Graduation being preferred. - Sound knowledge of capital markets and financial products/solutions. - Experience in handling institutional/channel sales in Mumbai for the last 2-3 years of your career. - Strong business and sales skills.
