Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and expand market share.
Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales professionals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Job Requirements

Proven track record of success in sales management, with a minimum of 6 years of experience.
Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate high-performing teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationship building with customers and stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex data sets and make informed decisions.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
