We’re looking for a Manager – Sales & Revenue to drive sales, build robust revenue matrix and strategic partnerships that grow our revenues. We are headquartered in North Goa and we currently have operations in Goa, Uttarakhand and Delhi NCR. Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated individual with an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong sense of ownership, to join our team at our corporate office at Mapusa, North Goa as the Manager – Sales & Revenue . This full-time on-site position requires someone with a deep understanding of the hospitality industry and more specifically of the vacation rental market, extensive relationships with offline sales channels to drive direct sales, experience in creating and managing listings on OTAs and websites, experience in operating channel manager and guest management software, excellent written & verbal communication skills, experience in managing guest communications and strong analytical ability. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Forecasting ● Develop sales strategies, set revenue targets, and report on performance metrics regularly. Market Research ● Stay up to date with local and seasonal trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies. Sales & Bookings ● Own and drive direct booking revenue across all properties in the portfolio. ● Lead generation & conversion of B2B and group bookings. ● Identify and close opportunities for long-stay or off-season bookings. ● Respond to all inbound leads via calls, website, WhatsApp, email, and OTAs. Partnership Development ● Build and maintain relationships with travel agents, tour operators, corporate travel planners, event planners and other booking partners to drive direct bookings. OTA & Channel Management ● Create and maintain accurate property listings on OTAs (Airbnb, Booking.com, MMT etc.). ● Optimize content, pricing, and calendar across channels using channel manager tools. ● Analyse OTA performance and conversion metrics to improve visibility and occupancy. Guest Communication & Experience (Pre & Post-Sales) ● Respond promptly to guest queries with warmth and clarity. ● Share quotes, confirm bookings, send follow-up details, and coordinate with operations for smooth check-ins. ● Ensure a seamless sales-to-operations handoff, prioritizing guest satisfaction. ● Post-stay follow-ups, collect feedback, and encourage reviews and repeat bookings. Co-ordination with Ops & Marketing ● Collaborate closely with the operations and marketing teams to align on pricing, promotions, and availability. ● Maintain and submit periodic compliance data related to sales and guest KYC to the regulators as required. Backend & Tools Management ● Operate our vacation rental software backend for reservations, guest messaging, and calendar sync. ● Maintain clean CRM records and booking dashboards. ● Ensure availability and rates reflect correctly across platforms. ● Use CRM tools to track leads, follow-ups, pipeline stages, and conversion rates. Qualifications: ● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field. ● Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in sales in hospitality sector preferably in the vacation rental space. ● Data-driven mindset with the ability to use insights to drive strategy. ● Well networked in the travel and event planning industry. ● Strong negotiation and closing skills. ● Familiarity with CRM tools and online travel platforms. ● Passion for travel, hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences. ● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. ● Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. ● Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including team management, collaboration, and strategic thinking. ● Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
