Job Description

Role Description

experienced and target-driven sales professionals

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
Conduct site visits and follow-ups to convert leads into sales.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
Handle customer queries, negotiations, and ensure customer satisfaction.

For senior roles (AGM level):

Lead, train, and motivate a team of 10+ sales professionals.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business goals.
Monitor team performance and implement improvement plans.
Collaborate with management for pricing, promotions, and market insights.

Required Skills and Experience:

Proven experience in
residential sales, villa sales, plot sales, multi-storey buildings (MSB), and high-rise projects
.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Good understanding of the
Chennai real estate market
.
For AGM role: minimum
10 years
of sales experience with
5+ years of team handling (10+ members)
.
For Frontline Sales Executive / Sr. Executive role: minimum
3 years
of real estate sales experience.
Ability to meet targets and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
