Key Responsibilities: Assist the Store Manager in overall store operations and team supervision. Ensure a premium customer experience by maintaining high service standards. Guide and support sales executives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Handle customer queries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism. Monitor inventory and coordinate with procurement for stock replenishment. Supervise visual merchandising and ensure the store is well-presented. Train and motivate staff to maintain product knowledge and sales etiquette. Ensure adherence to company policies, safety, and hygiene protocols. Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate or equivalent; MBA/Retail Management degree is a plus. Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role (jewelry experience preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of gold, silver, and diamond jewelry products. Ability to lead a team and manage pressure during peak seasons.
