Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Client Acquisition & Business Development o Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling. o Generate leads and convert prospects into clients to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. o Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

2. Client Relationship Management o Maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients by providing continuous support and follow-up. o Understand client needs, preferences, and investment goals to offer suitable property or service options. o Handle client queries, objections, and negotiations effectively.

3. Sales Operations & Coordination o Conduct property presentations, site visits, and product demonstrations. o Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, documentation, and post-sales support. o Ensure timely completion of all sales-related documentation and agreements.

4. Market Research & Strategy o Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. o Provide feedback and insights to management for improving sales strategies.

5. Targets & Reporting o Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. o Prepare regular reports on sales performance, lead conversions, and client engagement.

Qualification & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field • MBA preferred (not mandatory) • 1–5 years of experience in Sales / Relationship Management (Real Estate, Banking, Insurance, or Hospitality preferred)

• Monthly/Quarterly Sales Targets Achieved • Number of New Clients Acquired • Client Retention & Satisfaction Rate • Revenue Contribution • Lead Conversion Ratio
