Job Title: Business Head Real Estate

Job Summary

The Business Head will be responsible for driving overall business growth, sales strategy, operational excellence, profitability, and brand expansion for the organization. This role demands strong leadership, real estate industry expertise, and a proven track record of leading high-performance teams and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Business Leadership

  • Develop and execute business strategies to achieve revenue goals and market expansion.
  • Monitor P&L, budgeting, forecasting and financial planning for business growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities, markets, and project development initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with investors, channel partners, landowners, and corporate clients.

Sales & Marketing Management

  • Drive sales targets through strategic planning and implementation.
  • Oversee sales operations, lead generation, customer acquisition, and conversion strategies.
  • Develop and execute marketing & branding initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and after-sales service quality.

Operations & Project Management

  • Coordinate with internal teams: Marketing, CRM, Finance, Legal & Project Execution.
  • Monitor project progress, pricing strategy, inventory planning, and launch management.
  • Ensure compliance with RERA regulations, legal documentation, and project approvals.

Team & Leadership

  • Lead and mentor sales and operational teams across multiple verticals.
  • Implement performance management processes, KPIs, and training programs.
  • Drive a strong culture of accountability, collaboration, and result orientation.

Market & Industry Knowledge

  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing evaluations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory frameworks, and segment performance.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making ability
  • Business and financial acumen with P&L ownership experience
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management
  • Strong network with channel partners, brokers, IPCs, and investors
  • Real estate market expertise (Residential / Commercial / Luxury)
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and analytical reporting

Educational Qualification

  • MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management (preferred)
  • Graduate in any discipline with relevant real estate exposure

Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Revenue growth & profitability
  • Sales conversion ratios & inventory absorption
  • Channel & client acquisition growth
  • Brand visibility & customer satisfaction rating
  • Operational process efficiency

Salary Range

As per industry standards & experience. (Negotiable)
