Job Description Fruit Formulations Private Limited (FruitFM), formerly AGRANA Fruit India, is looking for a high-performing and entrepreneurial Manager – Sales to drive growth in its Private Label & Innovation Management (PLIM) vertical. This role is ideal for a sales professional with a strong grasp of the food and beverage industry, particularly in private label development , co-manufacturing , or ingredient-based B2B selling . You will work with leading retailers, HoReCa brands, and emerging D2C players to deliver custom fruit-based products—ranging from purees and syrups to functional preparations and fortified blends. Key Responsibilities Identify and acquire new private label clients across retail, D2C, HoReCa, and export segments Drive end-to-end sales process—from brief, pilot batch, pricing, and contract closure to repeat business Collaborate with R&D, packaging, and production teams to co-create SKUs tailored to client needs Deliver revenue targets of ₹4–5 Cr in Year 1 with a strong margin focus Maintain pipeline accuracy and deal progression using CRM (Zoho/ERP) Candidate Profile 5–8 years of experience in B2B sales, FMCG, private label, or food co-manufacturing Exposure to fruit-based processing or food innovation formats (hot-fill, aseptic, syrup, puree, etc.) Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage pricing, MOQ, and client profitability Familiarity with food compliance norms (FSSAI, HACCP) Excellent communication skills with a collaborative mindset What We Offer A high-impact role with fast-track growth potential Exposure to national retail and global D2C brands Incentive-linked compensation and performance visibility Opportunity to shape private label innovation in India’s fast-evolving food ecosystem Location: Pune Type: Full-Time Compensation: CTC of ₹12–15 LPA 📩 Apply now or email your resume to resumes@fruitfm.zohorecruitmail.in 🔗 Learn more at: www.fruitfm.com Show more Show less
