Manager - Sales

As the Manager - Sales for 19 Server Rack products, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our innovative server rack solutions in Pune and beyond. With the increasing demand for reliable and secure computing infrastructure driven by Big Data and IoT, your role is crucial in expanding our customer base and product reach. Your primary duties will involve developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive business growth within the assigned territory. By collaborating closely with the Design team and management, you will contribute to product development at an effective cost while meeting customer needs with suitable solutions. Building strong relationships with channel partners and managing customer relations will also be key aspects of your role. To excel in this position, you should possess a B.E./B.Tech. degree with an MBA in Marketing, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in product sales and channel partner management. Previous experience in selling Server Racks or similar IT products, as well as expertise in OEM engineering sales, will be advantageous. Your excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, combined with a deep understanding of the sales cycle, will enable you to succeed in this role. Your willingness to travel across India, coupled with your ability to identify customer needs and convert them into business opportunities, will be crucial for your success. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for negotiating and finalizing sales deals, handling sales queries, and preparing sales MIS reports for management review.
