Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Manager-Sales & Marketing at Tenneco, you will be responsible for business development and key account management of engine components. Your primary focus will be on building relationships with customers, specifically handling accounts such as TATA and Tata Cummins. Engaging with customers during the development stage, you will need to possess a strong product understanding and be proficient in techno-commercial selling. Meeting monthly sales targets and ensuring recovery from customers for raw material, inflation, tooling, etc., will be part of your responsibilities. Moreover, you will be expected to forecast customer growth and related business sales, while closely monitoring sales activities with the supply chain management team. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage key accounts for engine components, including TATA and Tata Cummins - Engage with customers during the development stage, demonstrating strong product knowledge and techno-commercial selling skills - Meet monthly sales targets and ensure recovery from customers for various expenses - Forecast customer growth and related business sales - Monitor sales activities in collaboration with the supply chain management team Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering - MBA degree - Knowledge of SAP/Customer SRM portal About Tenneco: Tenneco is a global leader in designing, manufacturing, and marketing automotive products for original equipment and aftermarket customers.
