Position Title Manager - ROW Position Summary To monitor ROW issues and resolve the same along with concerned stakeholders. Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities Drive monitoring of ROW performance metrics, reporting of metrics to project mgmt./senior mgmt. team and identification of risk mitigation steps and develop initiatives to set industry benchmark Securing orders from District Administration for the Land Compensation. Deal with District Administration for resolution of critical ROW issues and handling Legal issues pertaining to ROW in Lines. ROW clearances to ensure project delivery on time and budget.
