Operate as an “activist owner” of state relationships—moving beyond advisory support—to secure outcomes across approvals, RoW, land and compensation; partner closely with Central Corporate Affairs & Policy Advocacy, project/cluster leadership and the Stakeholder Strategy team. Build durable relationships with SERCs, energy departments, and utilities; provide regulatory/political intelligence for bids.
