Position Title Lead- Production Purpose of Role The role would be responsible for Conductor operation of Overheads Business. The incumbent will also be responsible for working closely with the Production head to drive to ensure the productivity. Position Summary To achieve Monthly plans with respect to Cost, Quality and Delivery. Control on Scrap generation and scrap consumption Hands on experience of running Ingot melting furnace. Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities Knowledge of Conductor production Production Target Productivity Control on Scrap generation Shopfloor Safety Position Demands Travel as and when required.
