Role: Manager Retail & Mall Operation

Exp 8-12 Yrs.

Location- Gurugram

Role Objective:

Role & responsibilities

1. Establishing SLAs and KPIs of the outsourced contractors and track performance levels of the contractor providing soft services

5. Ensure common Area Maintenance [CAM] Facility & Collections, Payment follow ups for CAMS, Rental and Electricity from tenants.

12. performance characteristics of each Retailer Category.

Liaise with local authorities, ensure all permissions, work closely with Retailers, Outsourced Agencies.

Monitoring of Operation & Maintenance of all Utilities / Infrastructure
Building Maintenance and Utility Monitoring and Billing
Management of House Keeping, Pest Control & Landscape Maintenance Services
Systems for Security and safety / fire prevention & protection services
Invoicing and Collection of energy bills from tenants
Fire & Safety Procedures-Handbook, Fire and Evacuation drills
Energy Audit & Implementation, Building Safety Audit
Parking management
Good Communicating and interpersonal skills
Independent, self-motivated & multi-tasker.
