Job Description

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities

1. Campus Upkeep:-

  • Analyze campus videos submitted by branches.
  • Inspect areas such as reception, washrooms, and outdoor amenities for compliance with SOPs.
  • Identify discrepancies, including cleanliness issues, improper branding, or missing equipment (e.g., aroma diffusers, fly-killing machines).
  • Provide actionable reports with recommendations for improvements.

2. Branch Infrastructure Audit

  • Conduct physical inspections of branch infrastructure.
  • Audit classrooms, bathrooms, infirmaries, and activity rooms for functionality and cleanliness.
  • Verify the presence and working condition of facilities like tissue dispensers, hand dryers, sanitary bins, safety equipment and functionality of A.C.,Fan, Lights, D.G. etc.
  • Submit detailed reports supported by photographic evidence and assign scores based on audit parameters.

3. Video Scrutiny

  • Review CCTV footage provided by the central team.
  • Cross-verify tasks reported by Branch Managers in the Daily Report Card with actual footage.
  • Evaluate areas like parent interactions, facility cleanliness, and classroom observations.
  • Document and score discrepancies or deviations from timelines and procedures.

4. Call Scrutiny

  • Audit daily call logs submitted by Branch Auditors for accuracy and compliance with SOPs.
  • Randomly confirm feedback details with parents to ensure call authenticity.
  • Highlight issues such as invalid numbers, incomplete data, or missing call records.
  • Deduct marks and report discrepancies as necessary.

5. Reporting and Compliance

  • Ensure timely completion of all audits as per assigned schedules.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for all audits, including discrepancies and corrective actions.
  • Adhere to established timelines for acknowledging and responding to central team feedback.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Timely submission of audit reports.
  • Accuracy and completeness of findings.
  • Reduction in branch discrepancies over time.
  • Effective collaboration with branch teams to implement corrective measures.

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with auditing practices and operational SOPs.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple audits and adhere to deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using audit tools, video analysis software, and call monitoring systems.

Core responsibilities

  • Facility operations:

    Assist in the day-to-day management of the school's buildings and grounds, including coordination of maintenance, repairs, and project execution.
  • Maintenance and projects:

    Schedule and track preventive maintenance, oversee repairs, and assist in planning and executing facility upgrades or renovations.
  • Staff supervision:

    Lead and support maintenance staff, manage work orders, and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Vendor and contractor management:

    Coordinate with and manage external contractors and vendors for specialized services and supplies.
