Operation Manager Housekeeping/Facility Management Company

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Operation Manager to oversee our housekeeping services operations in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have strong manpower management skills, supervisor handling experience, and excellent customer relationship management abilities.Key Responsibilities:

• • Oversee day-to-day housekeeping operations at client sites.
• • Manage and deploy manpower effectively as per client requirements.
• • Supervise site supervisors and ensure proper work discipline and performance.
• • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
• • Monitor attendance, grooming, and performance of housekeeping staff.
• • Handle operational challenges and resolve site-level issues promptly.
• • Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• • Coordinate with HR and Accounts for recruitment, payroll, and compliance matters.

Requirements:

• • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in housekeeping/facility management operations.
• • Proven experience in manpower handling and customer service.
• • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• • Strong problem-solving and team management capabilities.
• • Must be based in or willing to work from Ahmedabad.
• • Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools preferred.

Education:Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification in any field.(MBA or Diploma in Facility Management will be an advantage.)

Salary CTC:Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
