Job Description

Role Overview

The Manager – Recruitment & Operations will lead the full recruitment lifecycle for both corporate and workmen positions, ensuring timely and quality hiring to support business growth. The role requires strong knowledge of CTC structures, compensation negotiations, and compliance with company policies. The role also involves close collaboration with search partners, training institutions, and campuses to build a sustainable talent pipeline.

Job Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Manage end-to-end hiring for staff, officers, and workers across all business units.

  • Design and implement effective sourcing strategies for blue-collar and white-collar talent.
  • Lead compensation benchmarking and ensure competitive CTC structuring.
  • Conduct salary negotiations while ensuring internal parity and cost optimization.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives and campus hiring programs.

Vendor & Campus Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong partnerships with recruitment agencies, staffing vendors, and technical institutes

Evaluate vendor performance and ensure adherence to SLAs and compliance standards.

Operational Excellence

  • Streamline recruitment workflows using HR systems and analytics-driven dashboards.
  • Monitor manpower budgets, vacancies, and hiring turnaround time.
  • Maintain strong coordination with HR operations for smooth onboarding and documentation.

Compliance & Workforce Governance

Ensure adherence to labour laws, staffing norms, and internal recruitment policies.

Support audits, reporting, and manpower planning cycles as required.

Skills, Abilities & Knowledge

· Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

· Excellent communication, relationship building, and stakeholder management.

· In-depth knowledge of CTC components, statutory deductions, and compensation frameworks.

· Ability to manage volume hiring and work in a fast-paced environment.

· Data-driven approach with proficiency in Excel / HRMS platforms/ AI Tools.

Technical Skills:

MS Office, Excel, HRMS, Payroll understanding, Labour Laws.

KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)

· Time to Fill (TTF)

· Quality of Hire & Retention (90-day success rate)

· Recruitment Cost per Hire

· Vendor SLA Compliance

· Campus Hiring Conversion Rates

· Workforce Fulfilment vs Plan

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
