Position: Manager – Quality Assurance

Job Brief

We are seeking an experienced and senior Quality Assurance Manager to lead the Quality function across Surlon Durel Springs Pvt. Ltd. and Sequoia Safety Springs Pvt. Ltd. The Manager will oversee all quality operations, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with RDSO and international standards. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong technical expertise and the ability to mentor teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the implementation of quality assurance systems. Establish, review, and enforce quality standards, processes, and metrics. Provide leadership to inspectors, engineers, and supervisors in the quality department. Ensure compliance with RDSO standards for railway components. Ensure product quality from design through production to customer delivery. Interact with customers and regulatory authorities on quality-related matters. Analyze quality data, trends, and implement corrective actions. Drive audits, certifications, and regulatory inspections. Implement training programs to improve team capability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business and compliance goals.

Requirements and Skills

• 15–20 years of proven experience in Quality Assurance within manufacturing industries.

B.Tech / M.Tech in Mechanical, Industrial, or related engineering field

• Strong background in RDSO standards and railway sector quality requirements. Must have thorough knowledge of IATF standards and implementation. Experience in the automobile industry will be considered an added advantage. Demonstrated leadership and team management experience. Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to represent the company externally. Ability to drive continuous improvement and implement robust quality systems. Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to long-term quality culture.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
