Inventory & Material Management Manage and monitor all store operations including receipt, storage, and issue of electronic components, mechanical parts, packing materials, and consumables. Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/Inventory Management System. Implement proper material identification, labeling, and binning to ensure easy traceability. Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile variances. Maintain optimal stock levels (min-max control) to avoid stockouts or overstocking. 2. Receiving & Inspection Coordinate with quality and purchase teams for incoming material inspection and acceptance. Ensure correct documentation during material receipt (GRN, invoices, delivery challans, etc.). Handle ESD-sensitive and moisture-sensitive components as per standard handling procedures. 3. Material Issuance & Control Ensure timely and accurate issuance of materials to production lines as per material requisitions or BOMs. Implement FIFO / FEFO systems to minimize obsolescence.

Performance Management Systems (PMS) Independently manage the end-to-end performance management process, including setting objectives and evaluations. Analyze performance data to identify individual and departmental issues and recommend changes to senior leadership. Establish and maintain a two-way communication channel to gather employee feedback on performance practices. Facilitate succession planning and ensure management participation in performance programs. Training and Development Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and create organizational training plans. Develop and implement training programs to meet current and future business needs. Design in-house training materials and resources, and manage relationships with external training providers. Manage the training and development budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness. Engagement Strategy & Program Development Design, implement, and evaluate employee engagement programs aligned with organizational goals. Conduct research on best practices and emerging trends in employee engagement. Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to create a continuous engagement roadmap.
