Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Manager Quality in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in quality management, preferably in an international setting.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive quality plans to ensure high standards of service delivery.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching and feedback to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall process efficiency.
Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of quality initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in quality management, preferably in an international setting.
Strong knowledge of quality frameworks and methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform quality decisions.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
