Job Description

Lead the QA function to ensure products/services meet defined quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality assurance policies, procedures, and systems (e.g., ISO 9001)
  • Plan and conduct internal audits, inspections, and testing to identify defects and non conformities
  • Monitor quality metrics, analyze trends using statistical methods, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Lead, mentor, and train the QA team to uphold best practices and quality objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, engineering, suppliers) to resolve quality issues and ensure standards are integrated
  • Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective/preventive actions
  • Prepare and present quality reports to senior management and regulatory Bachelors degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
  • 5+ years in QA roles, with proven experience leading teams
  • Certification in QA methodologies (e.g., ISO, CQA, Six Sigma) preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and statistical analysis skills
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities
