Job Description

Lead the QA function to ensure products/services meet defined quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement quality assurance policies, procedures, and systems (e.g., ISO 9001)
Plan and conduct internal audits, inspections, and testing to identify defects and non conformities
Monitor quality metrics, analyze trends using statistical methods, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Lead, mentor, and train the QA team to uphold best practices and quality objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, engineering, suppliers) to resolve quality issues and ensure standards are integrated
Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective/preventive actions
Prepare and present quality reports to senior management and regulatory Bachelors degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
5+ years in QA roles, with proven experience leading teams
Certification in QA methodologies (e.g., ISO, CQA, Six Sigma) preferred
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and statistical analysis skills
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities
