Job Description

The Plant Quality Head is responsible for overseeing the entire quality assurance process at the dairy plant, ensuring that all dairy products meet internal and external quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. This role demands leadership in managing quality teams and driving a culture of continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include developing, implementing, and maintaining a Quality Management System (QMS) in line with industry best practices and compliance standards like ISO, EIA, BIS, and FSSAI. The Manager will ensure regulatory compliance, conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain hygiene and safety standards, and oversee testing of raw materials, in-process items, and finished products. They will also manage customer complaint resolution, analyze data to improve process quality, and prepare detailed reports for management.
