Job Description

Responsible for driving the overall e-commerce strategy, operations, and sales growth for Glows online business. The role oversees the entire digital retail process, including P&L, product catalog, merchandising, logistics, digital marketing, and customer service. The candidate must ensure platform optimization, efficient supply chain coordination, customer retention, and effective campaign execution while leading a cross-functional team and collaborating with internal departments. Experience in managing B2C ecommerce operations in retail/luxury goods
