Position: Manager (Proposal)

Job Description:

A) **Proposals

1. Initiating and attending meetings along with the seniors with prospective Clients for Business development and technical visits.

2. Obtaining relevant information from Client via enquiry sheets, data sheets, etc.

3. Evaluation of Client’s requirements & preparing cost estimates for various projects.

4. Reviewing of EOI, BID documents, Technical Annexures, documents, drawings, etc.

5. Interaction with other teams to obtain relevant data inputs and information points for the preparation of proposals.

6. Understanding and analyzing technical specifications of equipment’s such as Process Boilers, Power plant equipment, Briquetting / Pelleting Plant, Biomass Fuel, Energy Efficiency, Carbon Credits, Renewable Energy, Bioenergy, Bio-CNG, etc.

7. Ensuring timely submission of Bid/proposals to Clients, Government Portals and Websites.

8. Drafting and amendment of various business contracts/agreements.

9. Preparation and amending of various contracts/agreements.

10. Handling of overseas export assignments and orders.

11. Preparation of DPR (Detailed Project Report) along with Financial Modelling.

12. Compiling and Collation of information from various departments and maintaining reports / databases related to Proposals and Tenders.

13. Interaction with Site Teams and maintaining various Feedback reports and updating the same on a daily/weekly basis to Management.

14. General IT and AutoCAD support to the Projects Team.

15. Provide support in terms of execution and assistance w r t daily tasks.

16. Other minor miscellaneous tasks, as and when required.

B) **Tendering

1. Searching and tracking government portals for various Tenders, EOIs, etc.

2. Studying and analyzing tender documents from a commercial and technical perspective.

3. Evaluation of the tender requirement, specifications, scope of work, billing modalities, terms and conditions, etc.

4. Interaction with other teams to obtain relevant data and information.

5. Attending Prebid meetings and Interactions with Clients.

6. Ensuring timely submission of Tenders.

7. Compiling and Maintaining Reports and Databases related to all Tenders, EOIs, etc.

Competencies / Skills Required:

1. Experience in making proposals, preferably of biomass boilers.

2. Good communication Skills and ability to work in Teams.

3. Proficiency in MS Excel is mandatory (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, etc.)

4. Proficiency in AutoCAD.

5. Familiarity with Government Tender / Procurement Portals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
