The Manager Payments Operations will be a key player on Global Payment Operations team that will help grow payment analytics globally at ACT. The candidate will be responsible for managing the ACT India-based payments team while also supporting the payment operations team with analytics. Managing the team will involve learning and serving as backup for each team member’s responsibilities. This will include team training, development, and creation of documented processes and procedures and sharing with Payment Operations Management. Work with several internal and external teams to understand the needs of the team and the company and report in specified periods, which include cost savings. About The Role This candidate will also provide advanced analytics, drive process enhancements by researching and interpreting trends, select the appropriate methodology for solving various data and analytic needs, conducting exploratory data analysis, model building, and creation of polished deliverables.
