Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Operations Management:

Oversee daily business operations and ensure process efficiency and quality control.
Monitor supply chain, logistics, vendor relationships, and inventory management.
Develop and implement SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) across departments.
Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
Lead cross-functional teams and drive improvements in productivity and service delivery.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.

Marketing Management:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Plan and manage digital campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing).
Oversee content creation, branding, and promotional materials.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
Coordinate with sales and product teams to support lead generation and conversions.
Manage marketing budgets, agency/vendor partnerships, and performance analytics.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
