Key Responsibilities: Compliance & Documentation Maintain registers and records in accordance with NABH (National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers) standards. Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, internal policies, and quality standards. Facility Oversight Conduct regular rounds of the clinic/hospital to ensure the smooth operation of all activities. Monitor the cleanliness, maintenance, and bio-medical waste segregation in Panchakarma rooms, ensuring proper hygiene and safety standards are met. Housekeeping & Maintenance Oversee housekeeping operations to maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the facility. Coordinate with maintenance teams and arrange materials and supplies necessary for upkeep. Staff Management & Discipline Ensure a high level of discipline and decorum among all staff members. Address any issues related to staff performance, behavior, or operational concerns.
