Key Responsibilities:

Chargeback & Pricing Management

• Process, validate, and reconcile

  chargebacks

  end-to-end.
• Resolve

  pricing discrepancies

  , claim mismatches, and distributor disputes.
• Maintain and update

  customer pricing files

  , contracts, admin fees, and SSA terms.
• Synchronize pricing across

  SAP and Relasoft [Chargeback processing Software]

Month-End Closing & Gross-to-Net (GTN) Reporting

• Prepare monthly

  sales reconciliation

  (SAP vs customer vs Relasoft).
• Perform

  chargeback, admin, SSA, and rebate accruals

  .
• Compute and report

  Gross-to-Net deductions

  (returns, chargebacks, admin fees, rebates, price adjustments).
• Finalize month-end close with accuracy and timely submission.

Financial Reconciliations & Controls

• Maintain clean reconciliations for:
  • Chargebacks
  • Inventory
  • Accounts receivable / customer statements
  • Vendor accounts
  • Debit notes, returns, credit notes

Error Resolution & Issue Management

• Investigate and resolve:
  • Chargeback mismatches
  • Pricing errors
  • Delayed postings
  • Customer deductions & disputes
  • Inventory mismatches
  • Unresolved debit notes
• Ensure timely escalation and correction before month-end close.

Regulatory & Statutory Filings

• Support filings related to:

  • Medicaid rebates

  • 1099

  • State/Federal tax submissions
  • Other US pharma pricing/contracting compliance requirements

Process Improvement & Documentation

• Create and maintain

  SOPs and flowcharts

  for all US finance processes.
• Drive automation, standardization, and improvement initiatives.
• Experience in handling of at least 45-member team.

Skill Requirement:

Technical Skills :

• Strong understanding of US pharmaceutical commercial finance, including chargebacks, pricing, GTN, returns, and rebates.
• Hands-on experience with SAP & Relasoft (or similar chargeback/contract systems).
• Excellent knowledge of financial reconciliations and month-end close processes.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookup, data analysis).
• Comfort with large, complex datasets and customer/distributor reporting.
• Exposure to Medicaid, admin fees, SSA, and distributor agreements preferred
