Bar Captain

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Supervise and lead the bar team during service hours. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the Bar Manager for stock replenishment. Train and mentor bartenders and bar backs on service techniques and beverage knowledge. Ensure all drinks are prepared to company standards and recipes. Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly. Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations. Prepare daily sales reports and cash reconciliation as needed. Support opening and closing duties, including equipment checks and stock setup.
