Job Description

Job Purpose The person in this post will be responsible for monetization revenue targets by driving Commercial office space leasing at Aerocity in Delhi through the monetization of Aerocity Marketing Assets. In addition, this person would be in charge of leading marketing and branding initiatives for self-development project at Aerocity Delhi including utilization of digital asset creation and on ground firsthand involvement for the commercial project. ORGANISATION CHART This position reports to AGM Leasing Key Accountabilities Assistance in Prospect Generation - IPC Engagement and RFP management Support in increasing the prospect base for commercial office space leasing Relationship building with IPCs & Local Commercial Brokers to generate prospects and business opportunities Effective utilization of Trade bodies memberships through promotions, sponsorship, events etc. Use online research tools to generate prospective leads KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES - Additional Details EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS External - Roles you need to interact with outside the organization to enable success in your day to day work Channel Partners, IPCs Prospective tenants Marketing & Branding Consultants Trade and other forums for lead generation INTERNAL INTERACTIONS Internal - Roles you need to interact with inside the organization to enable success in your day to day work Projects & Design P&C CEO office Legal team, Accounts and Finance, MAG FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS Provide support for generating leasing revenue worth INR 170 Cr by FY 27 Other Dimensions Assist team for leasing – sub 1 million square feet by FY 27 Education Qualifications Graduate (Preferably BE/B.Tech) with an MBA.
