Manager - Learning & Development

About the Role

Being part of the HR team and leading Learning & Development portfolio for Carlsberg India, the role will be responsible for driving the overall Learning Strategy.

Responsibilities

• Driving the Learning agenda
• Improving internal processes and ways of working and embed 100% delivery of OTIF, MIS reporting, KPIs tracking and Vendor management.
• Leading the development and execution of the L&D strategy.
• Leading and driving capability development interventions and initiatives.
• Focus on driving IDPs, Career paths and Assessment centers.
• Driving local Talent Development strategy.
• Driving Global Learning projects & Guidelines in CIPL.
• Managing the common processes and day-to-day L&D operations.
• Leading the L&D Platform and tools.
• Acting as Central SPoC for all locations PAN India.
• Operating Cost Management & ownership.

Qualifications

• Education:

  Master’s Degree

• Experience:

  Min. 10 years’ experience in HR (L&D) preferably in Global organizations in FMCG/Manufacturing industry

• Strong business acumen and ability to deliver Learning strategy linked to HR & Business Strategy.
• Ability to think strategically while focusing on driving Operational Excellence.
• Good interpersonal & networking skills.
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders.
