You will be joining KONE as a People & Communications (P&C) Services Manager in Chennai, India. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the P&C Services operations in your geographical area, ensuring service delivery, operational management, process development, and advisory activities. Your main responsibilities will include: - Operationally leading the P&C Services function in the geographical area. - Managing and leading the P&C Services according to the global scope and set SLAs. - Managing the locally agreed service scope and contributing to the design, development, and implementation of P&C Services service management processes. - Continuously identifying opportunities for improvement and collaborating with other P&C teams and business stakeholders. - Developing the annual P&C Services budget and hiring, retaining, and developing a team of P&C Services professionals. - Ensuring that service delivery practices fulfill all needed global/local regulations and laws. - Maintaining strong connections with P&C colleagues within KONE and externally. Qualifications required for this role include: - M.Sc. or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. - 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably in a multinational company. - Background from operational leadership roles within HR or other relevant function. - Fluency in English and knowledge of one additional area language is an asset. - Deep understanding of related service management processes and experience in working across functional/business lines in a global matrix organization.
