Manager - Inside Sales - SAP

Role Overview: As a Senior Inside Sales for SAP Solutions at Embee, your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, qualify prospects, and support the sales cycle for SAP ERP products, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA and SAP Business One (B1). Your role will involve adopting a consultative approach, leveraging deep product knowledge, and maintaining a customer-centric mindset to contribute to the growth of Embee's SAP practice. Key Responsibilities: - Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls/emails - Conduct research on accounts, identify key stakeholders, and generate interest in SAP offerings - Understand customer needs and present product solutions effectively during pre-sales engagement - Manage the sales pipeline by expanding the prospect database, scheduling meetings/demos, and tracking leads via CRM tools like Salesforce or Zoho - Collaborate with the field sales team, SAP delivery consultants, and marketing to align on goals and strategies - Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams based on customer interactions Qualifications Required: - Proven inside sales experience in the IT/ERP domain, specifically with SAP products - Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business One, and ERP solutions - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong listening and presentation abilities - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively - Proficiency in CRM software and a good grasp of business processes in SMEs and Enterprises - Bachelor's degree in business administration, IT, or related fields preferred - SAP sales certifications or training would be beneficial - Prior experience in manufacturing, trading, retail, pharma, or service-based industries is advantageous Note: Specific locations for this position are available in Kolkata, Delhi, and Noida.,
