Job Title: Network Manager – Information Technology

Key Responsibilities

Manage and support enterprise LAN/WAN infrastructure using Cisco technologies.
Administer and troubleshoot wireless network solutions to ensure seamless mobility
and connectivity.
Monitor, optimize, and maintain network performance, availability, and scalability.
Lead day-to-day network operations including incident management, problem resolution, and change management.
Ensure compliance with network security policies, standards, and best practices.
Oversee and administer Cisco ACI-based datacenter environments, including fabric design, integration, and troubleshooting.
Deploy, configure, and maintain Versa SD-WAN solutions to provide secure, resilient, and optimized connectivity across global sites.
Support hybrid cloud networking requirements and integration with datacenter and SD-WAN environments.
Partner with architecture teams to design and deliver scalable and cost-efficient network solutions.
Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to enhance network reliability, performance, and security.
Drive strategic initiatives including network automation, standardization, and modernization.
Develop technical documentation, network diagrams, and operational runbooks.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including IT security, infrastructure, and application support for seamless project delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Certifications (preferred): CCNP/CCIE (Routing & Switching, Enterprise, or Datacenter), Versa SD-WAN certification, ITIL.

Technical Expertise

Strong knowledge of Cisco LAN/WAN routing & switching technologies.
Hands-on experience with Cisco Wireless solutions.
Proficiency in Cisco ACI design, configuration, and operations.
In-depth experience with Versa SD-WAN deployment and operations.
Familiarity with network security principles (firewalls, VPN, IPS/IDS).
Experience with monitoring and automation tools (Zabbix, DNA Center, Ansible, etc.).
Experience: 8–12 years of progressive experience in enterprise network administration and operations, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership/managerial role.
Strong problem-solving, solution design, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and skills to manage operations and projects across global teams.
