You’ll handle issues on operation management, strategic partnership, employee relations and emergency responding.

The OpportunityWhen you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.As part of the Risk and Compliance team you are expected to serve as a trusted advisor to partners/leaders with a focus on accelerating the development of our people. As a Manager you are expected to supervise, develop, and coach teams, manage client service accounts, and drive assigned client engagement workstreams by supervising teams and independently solving and analyzing complex problems to develop top-quality deliverables. You are expected to be responsible for collaborating with partners/leaders to identify issues and develop and execute action plans across various areas of our people strategy including diversity, development, performance management, and rewards and recognition.

What You Must Have
  • High School Diploma
  • 4 years of Human Capital or PwC Experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required
