Job Description

ROLE SUMMARY:

The Manager, Compensation and Benefits, will be responsible for the strategic planning, design, execution, and ongoing evaluation of the organization's global/regional compensation and benefits programs. This role ensures that all reward programs are competitive, compliant, cost-effective, and aligned with the company's business objectives and culture

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (Including, but not limited to:)

  • Lead the development and evolution of the overall Total Rewards philosophy and strategy, encompassing base

pay, short-term/long-term incentives), and recognition programs.

  • Conduct and oversee cultured market benchmarking, salary surveys, and data analysis to ensure the

organization's pay structures competitive and internally equitable.

  • Manage the end-to-end annual compensation review processes, including salary increase planning, bonus pool

allocation, and incentive plan payouts.

  • Oversee the job evaluation and grading structure, ensuring consistency and clarity in job titling, levels, and pay

grades across the organization.

  • Design and implement effective incentives, bonus, and variable compensation plans a "pay-for-performance"

culture.

  • Design, evaluate, and manage the organization's employee benefits programs (e.g., health, dental, vision, life,

disability insurance, retirement/pension plans.

  • Select and negotiate with external vendors and consultants to ensure high-quality service delivery and costeffective plans.
  • Ensure all benefits plans and communications are compliant with state and central government regulations.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to senior management, HRBPs, and business leaders on

complex compensation and benefits issues.

  • Partner with the Finance team to forecast, manage, and monitor the annual compensation and benefits

budget, evaluating the financial impact of programs.

  • Lead and develop a team of C&B professionals, fostering a culture of analytical excellence and strong business

partnership.

  • Lead initiatives related to audits and ensured all C&B policies and practices are in strict compliance with legal

requirements and promote fairness and transparency.

  • Ensure all licenses and approvals are up to date, compliances and returns are going as per the laws.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors degree in human resources or equivalent
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in C&B with at least 2-3 years in managerial capacity.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Darwin Box).
  • Deep subject matter expertise in compensation principles, job evaluation methodologies, market pricing, and

benefits administration, including legislative requirements.

  • Exceptional ability to analyze complex data and develop data-driven recommendations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detailed accuracy and organizational skills for managing critical payroll data
  • Proven ability to manage monthly, quarterly & yearly reviews & system implementations.
  • Familiarity with labor laws, compliance and regulations
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Readily available to meet deadlines and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, to make sound decisions in complex situations.
