Manager

*Plan, direct, or coordinate security activities to safeguard company assets, employees, guests, or others on company property

*Develop or manage integrated security controls to ensure confidentiality, accountability, recoverability, or audit ability of sensitive information, proprietary information, or information technology resources

*CCTV monitoring and vigilance report i.e., Check surveillance cameras periodically to identify disruptions or unlawful acts

*Remove wrongdoers or trespassers from the area

*Investigate people for suspicious activity or possessions as per management need

*Support efforts to reduce substance abuse or other illegal activities in the workplace i.e., Theft and pilferage control

*Identify, Investigate, and resolve security breaches

Establish control over manpower material movement:

*Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people in the property

*Implementation of Visitor Management System

*Material Management system through SAP

*Monitoring Daily manpower movement of company roll employees contractual manpower movement

Report MIS:

*Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences

*Control budgets for security operations and monitor expenses

*Write or review security-related documents, such as incident reports, proposals, and tactical or strategic initiatives. Prepare reports related to compliance matters

Liaisoning Other Areas:

*Liaison and coordination with local authorities pertains to security aspects

*Supervise or provide leadership to subordinate security professionals, performing activities, such as hiring, background investigation, training, assigning work, evaluating performance, or disciplining

*Recruit, train and supervise security officers and guards

*Respond to medical emergencies, Mob threats, fire alarms, or intrusion alarms, following emergency response procedures
