Job Description

Designation – Manager –Finance Educational qualificationand Experience – BMS/BBA graduate from a good college (HR, NM, Podar etc.) with 3-5 years of experience or MBA from Tier 2 school with 1-3 years of experience. A CA with 1-2 years of experience would also do, preferably from Big4. Broad Role: - Drive revenue & cost optimization and business performance through data-driven analysis across retail industry. - Manage business health reporting for senior management, - Lead financial planning and analysis initiatives, and support key projects spanning business development and financial planning & modeling. Core focus areas: - Revenue maximization and cost management analysis - Business health monitoring and executive reporting - Financial modeling and budgeting - Cross-functional project leadership Qualities – Young (23-28 yo), dynamic, smart individual skilful with MS-Excel / MS-PowerPoint, capable of working on multiple projects and work with different departments of an organisation.
