Job Role Financial Reporting, Audit and MIS Preparation of monthly / quarterly financial statement and consolidated financials as per Ind-AS / IFRS requirement. Preparation of Consolidated Financial Statements with all notes etc., Managing and independently handling Big4 Statutory Audit, Limited review, Internal Audit, ICOFR Audit to check process and internal controls are in place, Tax Audit, TP Audit, ITR, GST Audit and Department Audits etc., Month end book closer activities, BRS, reviewing / preparation of all Balance sheet and P&L Schedules. Monthly MIS reporting with detailed variance with AOP and Estimates. Preparation of monthly / weekly cash flow statement by updating actuals and estimating for future period. Statutory Compliance And Others Thorough working knowledge of GST, 2A reconciliation, Income Tax, TDS, PF, PT, ESI other tax matters. Make sure all the statutory payments and filing done before the due dates – TDS, Withholding tax, Advance Tax, GST, PF, PT, ESI etc., Preparation and review for Lower Tax Deduction, Advance Tax and Deferred Tax working, 26AS reconciliation, TDS rationalization etc., Coordinating and filing the returns under various laws as per the timelines – ROC, XBRL filing, IT return, MSME return, DPT-3, FLA return, FEMA, PF, PT, ESI, labor laws etc., Education, Experience And Competencies Qualified CA Minimum of 5+ years of corporate experience in handing Big4 Audits. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT etc.,) Previous working in Dynamics 365 Business Central (accounting software) is an added advantage. Working in large Education industry, Tech, Big4 is preferred. Attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency. Fluency in English, Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills, both written and verbal.
