As GoKwik scales across multiple business verticals and geographies, the need for a single, unified financial view has never been greater.This role will be pivotal in driving consolidation across entities, ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and transparency at the group level.You’ll collaborate closely with leadership, finance partners, and auditors to streamline reporting, strengthen governance, and help us scale responsibly with clarity, precision, and speed.
What You’ll Own
- Lead end-to-end consolidation of financials across all GoKwik entities and business lines
- Standardize and automate reporting frameworks (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) across geographies
- Ensure accurate intercompany reconciliations and eliminations in line with Ind AS / IFRS
- Partner with FP&A, Business Finance, and functional teams to align accounting with business performance
- Manage group-level audits, statutory filings, and compliance reviews with external auditors
- Drive process optimization and automation within financial consolidation and closing cycles
- Support M&A integrations, restructuring, and new entity set-ups from a finance perspective
- Build and maintain dashboards and models for leadership visibility and decision-making
- Serve as a bridge between accounting rigor and strategic insight ensuring data-driven financial storytelling
Who You Are
- 5 - 7 years of experience in finance consolidation, controllership, or corporate accounting
- Deep knowledge of Ind AS / IFRS and hands-on experience managing multi-entity consolidations
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance or relevant degree from a reputed institute
- Experience in startup, SaaS, or eCommerce ecosystems, preferably with exposure to multi-entity or global setups
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy and completeness
- Prior exposure to audit coordination, group reporting, or financial systems implementation
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and data reconciliation tools
- Proven ability to work closely with auditors, investors, and leadership on financial planning and consolidation
- Exposure to entity restructuring, business launches, or fundraising will be a strong plus
- High ownership mindset, comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with curiosity to build scalable, modern finance systems
